Addiction Awareness Month
From the 15th of November to the 15th of December, in Center Luka Ritz we are marking
Addiction Awareness Month.
The main purpose of marking this month is raising public awareness and promotion of healthy use of technology.
We have a few suggestions that can help you put down your phone and enjoy your life.
Check out our suggestion list, try something fun, and let us know how it went.?
- Put down your cell phone and pay attention to people surrounding you, give someone a genuine compliment.
- Instead of typing, call your friend. It is good to hear someone’s voice.
- Go to the library and borrow a book (enjoy reading it).
- Take a walk through your neighborhood with your dog (or neighbor’s dog).
- Try yoga (it is good for your body and your mind). ?
- Make a photo album of your pictures from your cell phone.
- Be a tourist in your own city (go to the zoo and learn something new about animals).
- Try a photo booth and make some funny pictures. ?
- Try origami and make some interesting shapes.
- Make a puzzle picture.
- Look upon the sky and try to find some animal shapes. ?
- Make your favorite meal for the guests.
