International Day of Innocent Children Victims of Aggression

Every year, June 4th is marked as the International Day of Innocent Children Victims of Aggression.

Many children are exposed to various forms of inappropriate behavior, violence, and abuse on a daily basis. It is important to consider what each of us can do to contribute to the sensitization of society about the unacceptability of inappropriate behavior and violation of children’s rights.

Let’s be the change we want to see in society.

Let’s be responsible as individuals, citizens, neighbors, children, parents, siblings, friends … but also as bystanders and witnesses of situations in which someone suffers.

Let’s react and report, help those who experience some form of violence to encourage and seek for help.
